Troy is a native Portlander. He graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor's degree in Peace Studies before attending law school at the University of San Diego
When not in the courtroom, Troy can be found with his wife Stefanie and son Charlie, in his garden tending heirloom tomatoes or on a backpacking adventure.
